Where We Started
Our original aligner production process dates back to the "plaster and wax" technique where we moved teeth manually.
Today's Process
We use software which provides precise 3D tooth movement. Based on results from tens of thousands of cases, we have designed our aligners to focus primarily on correction of the anterior teeth. This allows a significant amount of correction to be achieved in a relatively short period of time without having to use an expensive full-aligner case.
We have been using CIA for years now and love them! It is especially useful for relapse cases that don't want to go back into braces and don't want the high cost of brand-name clear aligner treatment. This is a great product that is extremely efficient at moving teeth, and as always, the technicians at Specialty are easy to work with to ensure good results.
